1 cmilk

1/2 cplain or vanilla lowfat yougurt

1banana, peeled and cut up

1 cfruit-strawberries, blueberries or combination

1 Tbspoatmeal (optional)

1/2 tspvanilla (optional)

1 tspsugar or sweetner (optional)
How To Make fruit smoothies

1Put all in blender. Pulse all to start and then blend til smooth. Serve right away.
