Rearranged smoothie recipe from the AllNutriBulletRecipes' website. During Thanksgiving season I stock up on cranberries and freeze to eat throughout the year. They are my all time favorite berry! I also added some orange zest although it is optional.

Ingredients For cranberry zing smoothie

  • 1 lg
    orange, juice of
  • 3/4 c
    fresh cranberries (or partially thawed frozen cranberries)
  • 1/2 scoop
    banana, fresh or partially frozen, chopped
  • 2
    dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    crystallized ginger, crushed or pinch of ground ginger
  • 1/3-1/2 c
    crushed ice
  • pinch
    ground mace (small pinch!)

How To Make cranberry zing smoothie

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in blender and BLEND until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add some filtered water or more crushed ice and blend.
