Ingredients For citrus and spice smoothie

2 smripe bananas (frozen in chunks is preferred)

1 mdorange, peeled and halved

1/2 cpineapple, diced (fresh, frozen or canned i use fresh)

1/2 to 2/3 ccream or milk

2 Tbspmaple syrup or sugar, optional to taste

3/4 tspcinnamon
-
3/4 tspginger
-
1/2 tspnutmeg or pumpkin pie spice, optional

1/2 tsporange or vanilla extract
How To Make citrus and spice smoothie

1combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

2optionally, garnish with a slice of orange or pineapple or a sprinkle of cinnamon. serve immediately.

3note: all spices are to taste, if you prefer more or less spices, adjust amounts to your liking.
