    blueberries
  • 1/2 c
    strawberries
  • 1/2 c
    green tea or your favorite tea will do
  • 1/2 c
    cranberry juice

    ice cubes
  • 2 tsp
    oil of your choice

How To Make antioxidant smoothie

    in a blender, add all ingredients. blend until combined. serve immediately.
