8 cseedless watermelon cubes

1/2 cfresh lime juice

6 Tbsphoney

1 1/2 cwater

sliced lime and mint for garnish
How To Make watermelon lime agua freaca

1puree the watermelon in a blender or food processor.

2strain with a sieve and discard the pulp.

3stir in the lime juice, honey and water.

4place pieces of sliced lime inside the pitcher.

5chill and serve over ice and garnish with mint and additional sliced lime.
