I grew up with coffee milk and coffee "cabinets (milkshake)". They are made with the Original Coffee Syrup from R.I. You can get coffee syrup online from Autocrat Coffee or Eclipse. Coffee milk is the official R.I. drink!

Ingredients For r.i. coffee milk or coffee milkshake

2-4 Tbspcoffee syrup (mix amount to your taste)

6-8 ozcold milk

1scoop vanilla or coffee ice cream (if making a milk shake)
How To Make r.i. coffee milk or coffee milkshake

1For coffee milk: Add coffee syrup to the glass of cold milk. Stir well with a spoon. Serve immediately.

2For coffee cabinet/milk shake: In an electric blender, beat the coffee syrup, scoop of ice cream, and milk for 1 minute, or until ice cream is dissolved. Pour and serve immediately.
