    hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 tsp
    turmeric, ground
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 sm
    knob of fresh ginger root
  • 1 tsp
    coconut oil
  • 1 tsp
    honey

How To Make turmeric ginger tea

    Allow your boiled water to rest for just a little bit before you add your lemon juice. Lemons are a great source of calcium, Vitamin C, magnesium and potassium, not to mention that their antibacterial and anti-fungal properties are great for treating acne.
