My oh my! This drink is heated in the slow cooker to allow your friends and family to help themselves to. Very little effort on your part because it is staying warm in the slow cooker.

Ingredients For peanut butter hot cocoa

  • 1 c
    instant milk chocolate or chocolate fudge cocoa mix
  • 8 c
    hot water
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • whipped cream (optional)

How To Make peanut butter hot cocoa

    Place cocoa mix in a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker. Carefully stir in hot water and chocolate-flavored syrup.

    Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours or on high-heat setting for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Whisk in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Ladle cocoa into mugs. Have whipped cream available if desired. Whisk or stir cocoa occasionally.
