Ingredients For decadent hot choclate

2 Tbspsugar

2 Tbspunsweetened baking cocoa

2 1/2 cfat free skim milk

1/2 cfat free half and half
-
1/4 csemi sweet choclate chips (1 1/2 oz)

1/2 tspvanilla

peppemint sticks if desired for garnish
How To Make decadent hot choclate

1in a 2-quart saucepan, mix sugar and cocoa stir in milk and half and half until blended, cook and stir over med heat until thoroughly heated not boil. remove from heat

2add choclate chips. stir constantly with wire wisk until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. stir in vanilla. to serve, pour hot choclate into 4 cups. garnish with pepperment sticks.
