Ingredients For amazing protein shake

  • 2tbs
    rice protein powder
  • 2tbs
    ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 c.
    frozen berries
  • 1/2 c.
    banana
  • 1 c.
    unsweetened vanilla almond milk(30 cal)
  • 1c.
    nonfat 2% greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop
    metamucil or other fiber powder if you need it

How To Make amazing protein shake

  • 1
    use large blender to milk, yogurt, banana
  • 2
    add berries, blend
  • 3
    add dry ingredients and blend until well mixed. This will be very thick, as a thick shake. Use less yogurt if you desire a thinner shake
  • 4
    I also add 1/4 avocado for oil of the day
