This is a wonderful non-alcoholic drink to serve for breakfast or brunch.You can "gussy" it up some with different garnishes, but we like the orange slice and sprig of mint.

Ingredients For non-alcoholic mimosa sunrise drink(sallye)

  • 1/2 gal
    fresh orange juice
  • 1 qt
    fresh pineapple juice
  • 2 l
    club soda
  • 1/2 gal
    freah cranberry juice
  • 1 md
    orange
  • sprigs of mint (optional)

How To Make non-alcoholic mimosa sunrise drink(sallye)

    Make sure all the ingredients are thoroughly chilled before mixing.

    Mix together the orange juice, pineapple juice and club soda in a large container.

    Set the container in a tub of ice.

    Set the chilled cranberry juice in the tub of ice beside the orange juice mix.

    To serve, add approx 1/2 cup of cranberry juice to glass, then fill the rest of the glass with the orange juice mixture.

    Garnish with thin slices of orange and a sprig of mint.

    You can serve this over ice cubes (on the rocks) or as is.
