Serve this classic Moroccan coffee for an elegant ending to a Moroccan meal, or to add a special, aromatic touch to coffee hour. Vanilla sugar can be used as a sweetener to add another layer of flavor. Moroccans like their coffee quite strong so use less coffee if you prefer a milder brew. Personally I use 1 Tbsp and that is quite strong enough for me.

1/2 tsporange flower water, or to taste

plain sugar or vanilla sugar, to taste

hot or steamed milk, to taste

1Add the cinnamon to the ground coffee beans, and brew the coffee as usual.
