Ingredients For triple delicious hot chocolate

  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    milk, divided
  • 3/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 oz
    (1 square) bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 oz
    (1 square) white chocolate
  • 3/4 c
    whipped cream
  • 6 tsp
    mini chocolate chips

How To Make triple delicious hot chocolate

    Combine sugar, cocoa, salt and 1/2 cup milk in medium bowl. Beat until smooth.

    Transfer to 4 1/2-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker. Stir in remaining 2 1/2 cups milk and vanilla. Cover; cook on low 2 hours.

    Add cream. Cover; cook on low 10 minutes. Stir in bittersweet and white chocolates until melted.

    Pour hot chocolate into 6 coffee cups. Top each serving with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and 1 teaspoon chocolate chips.
