this is a sweet sensation of a summer drink I came up with.

Ingredients For peach blast

  • 2 c
    unpeeled, sliced peaches
  • 1/2 c
    light rum
  • 1/4 c
    thawed frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 4
    maraschino cherries
  • 1 Tbsp
    maraschino cherry juice
  • ice cubes

How To Make peach blast

  • 1
    mix peaches, rum, pineapple juice concentrate, cherries, and cherry juice in the container of a electric mixer or food processor, process until mixture is smooth.

    Gradually add enough ice cubes to make mixture measure 5 cups in processor; process until peach mixture is smooth and thickened. serve immediately.
