Scandinavian immigrants first began to influence the culture of Minnesota when they began mass-migrating into the state around 1880. This Tom Collins, from the Marvel Bar in Minneapolis, highlights local dill aquavit along with house-made pickle brine, lime juice and seltzer, finished with hand chipped ice.
