don't fiddle with the classic, unless you can at least come close to matching the original. The icy elegance of the Martini especially defies improvement, but here is one reworking that works. Bacardi Limon is a fairly new entry in that company's product line, and the fresh lemony flavored result makes a great martini. 2 ounces very cold lemon flavored rum

1 teaspoon dry white vermouth

four pitted black olives, preferably kalamata's, on a cocktail pick, as garnish.
How To Make lemon rum martini

1Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add the run and vermouth and shake until very, very cold. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass or strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with the Olive pick and serve at once. Make one cocktail
