Ingredients For guinness affogato

3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 ounce hot espresso
1½ ounces bailey’s irish cream
4 ounces guinness stout

How To Make guinness affogato

Place ice cream in a tall glass or mug.

Pour espresso over and top off with Bailey’s and Guinness.

Serve with a straw and a long spoon.
