Margaritas are quite popular in Texas, and there are abundant versions served throughout the state. Some use blends of citrus fruits and other ingredients to create refreshing or unique margarita cocktails. This version combines two favorites from Texas -- margaritas and the ruby red grapefruit -- for a wonderful and refreshing cocktail in a pretty pink shade. Enjoy!
