  Pour boiling water over sugar, stir until dissolved. Boil five minutes without stirring. Skim and add blossoms. Stir in well. Take off stove and cool. Add lemon juice and yeast. Stirl well 3 times daily for 6 days.

  Put raisins in a 2 quart jar, fill with strained wine. Tighten lid without rubber and leave until Christmas. Strain and bottle and drink carefully'
