My husband and I re-instituted "Date Night". As part of our attempts to find fun experiences, we went to a culinary meet-up. There were 13 somewhat-strangers trying to cook a massive meal together. It was a lot of fun, and I have to say, the cucumber martini that we all got when we walked in the door probably went a long way to the fun we had that night! BUT, I'm not a big vodka fan, so when I tried making this at home, I cut the vodka in 1/2 and doubled the cucumber juice. I posted the recipe as I got it. . .

Ingredients For cucumber martinis

    cucumber.
  • 2 oz
    melon-flavored vodka
  • 1 Tbsp
    simple syrup
  • ice

How To Make cucumber martinis

    Juice the cucumber.
  • 2
    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 tbsp cucumber juice, vodka, and Simple Syrup. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.

    Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with a cucumber slice.
