2 cpersimmon pulp

2 csugar

2 lgeggs

1 stickmelted butter

1 3/4 cbuttermilk

1/2 tspbaking soda
How To Make persimmon pudding

1Mix together flour and baking soda. Set aside.

2Combine ingredients in order given and pour into a 9x12 baking dish that has been sprayed with oil.

3Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

4Serve warm with cream, whipped cream, or ice cream.
