This recipe is a childhood favorite from Thanksgiving when our family all merged together at one of three homes, ours, my aunt shirley's, or my aunt sue's. My mom was usually the one who made it, and we couldn't wait till Thanksgiving Day to indulge our selves with this very rich cloud of crust, pudding, and coolwhip. i hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Mix the vanilla pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups of milk and spread over the first layer. Mix the chocolate pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups of milk and spread over the vanilla layer. Top with remaining cool whip and decorate with Hershey Candy Bar shavings(optional). Chill until set and cut into bars. This is very rich but you will be tempted to eat much more than one bar after you have tasted it.
