ITS a great source of calcuim to help your bones be strong. since i have lots of problems with my bones i'm always to ways eat healthy and stronger bones. MY favorite chocolate,nuts , milk and the goodies in it.ITS great to make it with your grandchildren,so they can learn about eating healthy and enjoy doing something about it.

Ingredients For crunchy chocolatepudding

  • 4 c
    milk, skim
  • 1/4 c
    cornstarch
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    toasted almonds,chopped(or halves)
  • 4
    chocolate cookies(like graham crackers,or vanilla

How To Make crunchy chocolatepudding

    PLACE THE MILK, cornstarch, cocoa powder, brown sugar and vanilla extract in small sauce pan.

    BRING IT TO a simmer over medium heat.COOKING for about two minutes,Whisking continually,until the mixture thickens to heavy cream- like consistency.

    Pour half of mixture into four parfait glasses,and sprinkle each with one quarter of the almonds ,and cookies.

    TOP with remaining pudding .DIVIDE the remaining almonds and cookies over the top of each, then Refrigerant,cover for @ONE HOUR BEFORE SERVING. TOP the cup with mint leave,even fresh berries,yummo, great yeppy .
