Ingredients For chocolate banana pudding

  • 1 can
    coconut milk chilled and only the thick top will get used
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut palm sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 dash
    sea salt
  • 1
    banana cut into rounds
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts toasted

How To Make chocolate banana pudding

    Preheat oven to 425. Line walnuts on a tray. Toast them in the oven for 5-10 minutes being very careful not to burn them and stirring once. Take walnuts out of the oven and let cool.

    Prepare chocolate pudding. Scoop the thicker part of of the coconut milk from the can and into a mixing bowl. Save the liquid for your next smoothie.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk or blend until smooth. Arrange your mix in a tall glass and scoop in a later of chocolate then a few slices of bananas and sprinkle with nuts.

    Keep going until you hit the top of your glass and the last layer will be be the chopped nuts.
