This is a very beautiful and delicious pie recipe passed down from my Grandma.

Ingredients For rhubarb cream pie!

  • 1 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 2 lg
    eggs (beaten)
  • 3 c
    cut rhubarb
  • 2
    pie pastry, prepared

How To Make rhubarb cream pie!

  • 1
    pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, and butter.

    add your beaten egg, and beat until smooth.
  • 3
    place rhubarb in 9" pastry lined pie pan. pour your blended ingredients on top.

    cut your top pastry into strips and place your lattice strips over your pie.
  • 5
    Bake at 450 for 10 min., then reduce heat to 350 for 30 min.
