How To Make pistachio ice cream pie

1First let the ice cream soften a bit so you can mix it with the pudding with an eletric mixer. Prepare the pudding as directed. ( use the flavour of your choice.) Mix the ice cream and pudding together. Fill the pie shell with the mixture. Refreeze and serve with a scoop of cool whip on top.
