I can eat peanut butter by the spoonfulls. Adding Philly cream cheese..just makes it even better. I thought these would be great for a buffett, the idea of them being personal size just makes it great! These would be the hit for any appetizer of finger food party!

Ingredients For personal peanut butter pies

    mini graham cracker crust
  • 4 oz
    phladelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 12 oz
    cool whip
  • 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c
    reeses peanut butter chips

How To Make personal peanut butter pies

    In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy, add in powdered sugar and peanut butter, Mix well , fold in 3/4 of the cool whip, reserving the rest for garnish. Fill each pie shell, I use a ice cream scoop to fill each one. Use the last 4 ounces of cool whip for topping, I put mine in a piping bag and pipe on the top, garnish with peanut butter chips
