I did find this recipe in Gramma Bea's recipe box but can you believe I (JO) wrote this card out back in the 1960's sometime. This was Uncle Orville Neal's very favorie dessert.

Ingredients For pecan pie

  • 3
    beaten eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, halved

How To Make pecan pie

  • 1
    Mix all together and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake about 45 min at 350.
