These are a variation to the classic s'mores fixed over a campfire. My husband and I camp almost all summer long and I like to keep a dozen or so of these in my freezer to share with our campfire friends. The kids especially love them!!

Lay the tortillas out on your clean countertop. Spread peanut butter on each tortilla. Sprinkle each torilla with mini choc. chips and mini marshmellows. Roll tortillas up, rolling once, then tucking in the sides before rolling the remaining shell. Wrap in aluminum foil. Can be cooked over a campfire by laying the wrapped, filled tortilla on a large, long handled spatula or leave in the refridgerator or even frozen for later use. Choc. chips can be substituted w/any flavor chip you prefer. White choc., butterscotch, etc. You can pretty much fill the tortillas with what ever you want! Enjoy!!
