My Grandma passed away last year. I never had a chance to get her lemon pie recipe. I expiremented alot and found out this was easy and as close as I could get to hers.

(8) oz cream cheese

How To Make lemon cheesecake

In a mixer;mix cream cheese(softened),lemon juice,lemon zest, vanilla extract,all sugars. Mix for 4 min or until smooth.

Pour Mixture into grahm cracker crust. Refridgerate for 2-4 hours.

Top with Cool whip and serve:)
