This recipe was handed down to me by Mrs Pauline Sharp who founded my childhood church. This recipe appeared in the local newspaper l, Vicksburg Post, on March 26, 1997.

Ingredients For easter hunt pie

1(6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust
-
1 pkg(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1 cansweetened condensed milk
-
3/4 cwater
-
1 pkg(4 serving) instant vanilla flavor pudding mix
-
1 1/2 cnon-dairy whipped topping, thawed

16mini chocolate eggs
How To Make easter hunt pie

1In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

2Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

3Add water and pudding mix.

4On low speed, beat until smooth.

5With wooden spoon or rubber spatula, gently stir in whipped topping.

6Spoon 1/2 of filling into pie crust.

7Top with chocolate eggs.

8Top with remaining filling.

9Chill for 3 hours.

10Garnish as desired.

11Refrigerate leftovers.
