I know, I know! This does not sound like a dessert!! BUT, it is awesome! A woman I worked with a few years ago made this for our office and I have been hooked ever since.

baking powder

sugar
1/2 tsp

vanilla

saltine crackers, crushed
1 c

pecans, chopped

square semi sweet chocolate, grated

uncooked pie shell

How To Make cracker pie

Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend in sugar, baking powder, vanilla, crackers, chocolate and pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes.

Cool and top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Yummy!
