I was looking for a recipe for a chocolate chess pie. I found one but did not have some of the ingredients it was calling for such as corn starch and Bakers chocolate. I just used what I had on hand..all purpose flour and Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Morsels. My husband thought this was the best chocolate pie he had ever tasted! Later, I tried it with the correct ingredients. It was not nearly as good! Sometimes, substitutions are for the better.
