Ingredients For banana pecan pie

    9" unbaked pie shell
  • 1
    large banana, cubed
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    light karo
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    rum
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make banana pecan pie

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Blend all the ingredients and pour into pie shell.

    Bake 45 minutes, or until crust is golden and filling is set.

    Let cool 2 hours before cutting.
