I haven't made this yet but will soon as our blueberry season is in full swing. I saw this recipe in a local craft store newsletter and thought it sounded so good.

Ingredients For banana blueberry pudding pie

  • 1 box
    vanilla wafers
  • 2 lg
    bananas
  • 1 c
    blueberries
  • 2 (3 oz) pkg
    cream cheese
  • 14 oz can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 3-1/2 oz box
    instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 c
    heavy cream

How To Make banana blueberry pudding pie

  • 1
    Line a 9 inch pie plate with vanilla wafers, reserving any excess for garnish
  • 2
    Layer bananas and blueberries on top of the vanilla wafers
  • 3
    In lare bowl beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy
  • 4
    Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth
  • 5
    Beat in water and instant banana pudding mix. Chill for 10 minutes
  • 6
    In another bowl beat heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium spped until soft peaks form. Fold into the chilled pudding mixture
  • 7
    Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust. Garnish with excell vanilla wafers. Chill
