Ingredients For steam bread with peanut butter (siopao style).

    all- purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable shortening
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 c
    creamy peanut butter

How To Make steam bread with peanut butter (siopao style).

    IN A LARGE BOWL , MIX TOGETHER THE FLOUR SUGAR, DRY YEAST AND SALT AND MIX WELL .

    MAKE THE WHOLE IN THE CENTER, POUR THE EGGS, VEGETABLE SHORTENING AND MIX WELL ADD THE WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND KNEAD IT THE DOUGH UNTIL IS NOT TOO STICKY.

    GREASE THE TABLE WITH SOME VEGETABLE SHORTENING AND KNEAD IT YOUR DOUGH FOR AROUND 7 MINUTES UNTIL YOUR DOUGH IS FLUFFY .

    GREASE THE BOWL AND POUR YOUR DOUGH MARK WITH A DEEP CROSS OVER THE DOUGH AND COVER WITH PLASTIC . AND LET SET UNTIL RAISE DOUBLE . ( TIP IF YOU DONT HAVE TOO MUCH TIME TO WAIT TURN ON THE OVEN AT 350ºf FOR 5 MINUTES THEN TURN OFF TO MAKE ONLY WARM PLACE TO RAISE FASTER YOU DOUGH PUT INSIDE THE OVEN WITH THE OVEN OFF OK AND SEE THE RESULTS).

    WHEN IS DOUBLE DIVIDE YOUR DOUGH IN 12 PIECES AND MAKE A SMALL BALL , BUT BEFORE IMPORTANT YOU NEED TO PUT THE IMPORTANT FILLING PEANUT BUTTER ONE SPOON INSIDE AND MAKE THE BALL , ARRANGE EACH BOWL IN A GREASED COOKIE SHEET AND LET SET THE DOUGH BALLS UNTIL RAISE MORE AND COOK IN A STEAM COOKER.
