Ingredients For spicy zucchini bread

2 cturbinado sugar

1 cvegetable oil

3eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract

2 cshredded zucchini

3 call purpose flour
-
1 Tbspcinnamon
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspnutmeg
-
1/2 tspground cloves
-
1/4 tspbaking powder
-
1 cwalnuts, chopped
-
1 craisins
How To Make spicy zucchini bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans.

2Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth, fold in zucchini.

3In another bowl, stir flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, baking powder and cloves together.

4Gradually fold flour mixture into the sugar mixture until batter is mixed. Fold in walnuts and raisins - mix well.

5Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pans. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean - about 55 minutes.
