I fixed these for a Christmas dessert and they were a big hit. Not too sweet, and just enough after a big meal when you still want something extra.

Ingredients For mini cheesecake tarts

  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 15
    mini phyllo shells
  • 1/2 c
    blueberries (optional)

How To Make mini cheesecake tarts

  • 1
    Mix first 3 ingredients about one minute. Add cream cheese beat til smooth. Add cream and beat til fluffy.

    Fill tart shells
