I have been making these for many years, I mean how easy is this recipe? They are rich of course, but once and awhile ~ I say go for it ! haha Got this recipe from a neighbor many years ago, maybe in the 1980's ! A winner.

Ingredients For magic cookie bars

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can
    condensed milk
  • 1
    6 oz pkg. of chocolate chips
  • 1 can
    3 1/2 0z.flaked coconut ( 1 1/3 c)
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make magic cookie bars

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    In a 13x9" pan pour butter then sprinkle crumbs over butter, pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs
  • 3
    Top with remaining ingredients and press down firmly . Bake 25-30 min. or until lightly browned. Don't overcook
