Ingredients For lemon or lime or just plain cheesecake

7 ozcan of bordens sweetened condensed milk

8 oz2 of these-cream cheese

1 Tbspvanilla

1/2 clemon or lime juice (optional)
How To Make lemon or lime or just plain cheesecake

1Mix until extremely smooth. Pour into cooled graham cracker crust.

2Graham cracker crust. 2 Cups crushed graham crackers. 1/2 Cup melted butter. 1/3 Cup sugar. Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

3Now i prefer to make this recipe without the lemon or lime juice. I love the cheesecake with fresh strawberries or raspberries. Or you could make a strawberry or raspberry sauce to cover the top.
