  Open the pumpkin,place in a medium mixing bowl,add vanilla,nutmeg and cinnamon.mix well. Reserve some of the cool whip for garnishing.

  Fold in the rest of the cool whip,place in serving glasses.Top with a dollop of cool whip,dust with cinnamon and chill until set and cold.Serve and enjoy!!
