I love pecan logs. This is my take on a deconstructed pecan log for dessert. KEEP REFRIGERATED

Blue Ribbon Recipe

When I travel and come across a pecan log, I always treat myself. If you're not familiar with a pecan log, it's a nougat candy coated in fresh caramel and pecans. So, when I saw this recipe, I knew I had to try it. Boy, I'm glad I did. It's super sweet, with a crunchy texture from the nuts. Super easy to make, the outcome is delicious and really tastes like a pecan log!
