of cake flour sifted
2 /1/2 tsp

of baking powder
1/2 tsp

salt
1 /3/4 c

granulated sugar
2/3 c

butter or margarine soften

pure vanilla extract

How To Make cotton candy cupcakes

Heat oven to 350 'F and put baking cups in cupcake pan. Sift together flour, baking powder & salt, set aside.

Cream sugar & butter together until light. Add eggs & vanilla extract to cream mixture & beat until its mixed. Add flour to cream mixture alternately with milk beating well until each addition.

Continue beating for 1 minute. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Cool completely before decorating.
