My friend and I love to make desserts in really fun glasses. We are planning on making a dessert cookbook just about desserts in glasses. I have never seen one around. We made these for our sweeties on Valentine's Day...Our guys loved them.

How To Make apple pie in a martini glass

1Wash glasses really well and let dry. Start by adding a layer of crumbs, the pie filing then cool whip ending with the cool whip. Sprinkle each layer with apple pie spice. Top off with a cherry. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
