snow ice cream

It doesn't snow very often in Louisiana, but when it did we would take a big bowl outside to sit on the ground to catch the snow as it fell. When the bowl got full, my mother would make this ice cream treat.

Ingredients For snow ice cream

  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt

How To Make snow ice cream

  • 1
    Blend ingredients together and add clean fresh snow until it is well absorbed. Eat immediately!!!
