As a special treat, when I was a kid, my grandmother did this for me. When I was married, say some 30++ years ago, my husband thought this was just awful. He still shakes his head at it! I LOVE it!!!

Ingredients For rice and cream

    big scoop of rice. i only use long grain, not instant.

    bigger scoop of you favorite ice cream, frozen yogurt, frozen custard.

How To Make rice and cream

    Make sure your rice is nice and hot. Put it in a bowl, then pile on as much ice cream as you want! I really like Meadows coconut custard on mine.

    Let it melt a little bit then eat and enjoy!
