there is nothing i like any better than homemade peach ice cream on a hot day to cool you off not that it is not good any day

Ingredients For peach ice cream

6eggs, beaten

3 1/2 csugar
-
10fresh peaches, pitted and chopped

4 cheavy cream
-
2 chalf and half
-
2 tspvanilla extract

3/4 tspsalt
How To Make peach ice cream

1in large bowl, mix together eggs and sugar until smooth, puree peaches in blender or food processor and stir 5 cups of puree into egg mixture.

2stir in cream, half and half, vanilla and salt and mix well.

3pour mixture in to freezer canister of ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
