Ingredients For pineapple crumble

16 ozcan unsweetened pineapple, crushed and drained

1/2 clight brown sugar

1/3 cground walnuts

2/3 cmatzo meal

3 Tbspsoy or safflower margarine
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspcinnamon

1 tspvanilla extract

2medium pears, peeled, cored, diced

1/2 tspcinnamon
How To Make pineapple crumble

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl and pat into a 9-inch square baking pan.

3Melt margarine in a skillet and remove from heat.

4Stir in the remaining topping ingredients until evenly coated with the margarine.

5Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
