My husband loves apple crisp. So, when our apple trees do good during the summer, this is one of the recipes I make with apples. This is my moms recipe. I just down sized it to smaller recipe.

Ingredients For microwave apple crisp

6-8

baking apples
1/4 c

cold water
1 stick

margarine, room temp.
1 c

flour
2 Tbsp

cinnamon (la. tablespoons)
1 c

brown sugar
1 c

oatmeal, uncooked

How To Make microwave apple crisp

Put 1/4 C. water in the bottom of 8x8 glass baking dish.

Pill and slice 6-8 baking apples.(depends on size of apple) fill dish 3/4 full of apples.

Mix: margarine, flour, cinnamon, & brown sugar by hand until gets crumbly. (I use a pastery cutter) Then stir in oatmeal.

Sprinkle on top of sliced apples. Press lightly. Don't press mixture to hard on to apples.

Microwave full power for 12 minutes. Don't forget the ice cream!! :)
