Ingredients For easy apple crumb bake

  • 8 c
    thinly sliced apples
  • 1-1/2 c
    water
  • 1
    18.25 oz pkg white cake mix
  • 1-1/2 c
    quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 stick
    melted butter.

How To Make easy apple crumb bake

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place apple in pan, pour water over apples.

    In lg bowl, mix together cake mix, oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon.

    Stir in melted butter until blended and crumbly. Sprinkle mix over apples. Bake 50-55 m in, or until apples are tender.
